Plug then small cable run then RF splitter

As it stands right now i still need an RF splitter for sending a signal to the bedroom for something, however right now i use this

 

 

However it's putting a strain on the main socket it comes from (back of PVR) so i wanted something like this

 

 

but without the switch, i'm looking sor something that has plug small cable run then the 2 sockets, does anyone know if such a thing is around i have ebayed but drawn a blank.
