Ok what do you guy's prefer??

Do you prefer to see the side bar, or how it is now with just the recent topics across the top of the main forum index page. You could also have it as it is now, but also show the sidebar....

Feedback please.

PS. You may need to delete your forum cookies (at the bottom left) so that everything shows.

sidebar looks better IMO, although when the recent topics just fills up with a list of downloads etc it becomes a bit pointless.

preferred the old idea of splitting recent discusions and recent apps etc..

I agree with Sparks, I like the sidebars better but it is a little pointless when its filled with recent downloads. :Smiler:

I prefer like it is now, sidebar just shrinks things a bit and looks too filled!

I much prefer this current look Jamer, but I did also used to like the way you had it originally showing both sets of forums, but have to agree I don't like the sidebar either. :Thumbs_Up1:

I'm not fussed about whether the side bar is there or not, but any recent posts display needs to separate out the two types of posts I think.

Yes, I agree, that was a modification that I had written, so hopefully we will be able to achieve that again, but I will have to wait a while for the guy that helped write it is busy updating all his mods at the moment.

I prefer it without the sidebar.

But for some reason the first page always takes ages to load up for me (been like that for weeks now), the rest are just fine afterwards.

Try holding down Ctrl & F5 that will refresh java and also delete the forum cookies tat the bottom left side of the main page and try also clearing your browser cache, see if that makes a difference for you mate
