Those are commercial vehicles and as such should be used for just that. If they were then they would have no need to use a supermarket car park and as I said earlier I long for the old days when they were banned from such car parks for the reason of being too big for the spaces. Drivers of such vehicles left them at their place of work. Now we can't get round housing estates because they have forgotten to uphold the bylaw that prohibits the parking of commercial vehicles overnight and because those drivers use them as their private transport.
The walking limit now is down to 20m so the issue of anyone getting a blue badge has been addressed and this also means going to an assessment centre and not as it was by a note from your doctor.
As for the not because they are closer to the store comment. Try and get a space when its raining and its not just large vehicles without blue badges
Arc at him with a S Max :kissy: some self employed people can only afford one vehicle and most work from home what planet you on ?

Just to put the record straight here...
I only park in these spaces either, when its close to the time that the store is closing and there are plenty available or if its late at night when babies should be in bed! Even when you park the other side of the car park, like Divvy has experienced you can guarantee when you come back to the car someone has parked right next to you, even though there are still loads of empty spaces around. Problem here is that they allow the same poxy SMALL space for trucks, vans and 4x4's as the small vehicles, now if they had spaces available for bigger vehicles, then guess what... I WOULD PARK IN THEM, and this is one of the problems. Furthermore, I counted over 30 spaces in the local supermarket today just for disabled and another 20 spaces for Parent & Baby, are we really going to have over 30 disabled people in the supermarket all at the same time? Very strange as they only have 2 x mobility scooters for use and 10 disabled trollies, so something does not add up.
That's fair in my opinion Jamer, what happened in the end did they pay to get it repaired for you?

I would have to agree with The Fonz on this one Dave, very successful games, it is the best tourist advert you could possibly want for the UK and by the look of things it has worked.
I completely agree, excellent advert for the UK
What a neat Dad.
